Steak:
The best steaks for grilling are about 1 ½ inches thick, and have fat running through them.
Remember to season and marinate the meat before placing it on the grill. Add salt @ pepper.
Stick them in a bowl with you favorite sauce (like teriyaki or red wine or beer) for about
2hrs and place it covered in the fridge.
- Place them on a hot grill.
- Cook for approx. 5-10 min on each side.
- Try not to leave them bloody red because it's a health threat.
